IOF Support Ending on April 30, 2024 Triangle Systems, Inc. (“Triangle”) has appreciated the loyal support of all Interactive Output Facility (“IOF”) customers, and our people have enjoyed many rewarding relationships with individual customers. However, Triangle intends to cease operations and legally dissolve on April 30, 2024, and thus, will no longer be able to provide new releases or technical support for IOF Customers after that date. At the discretion of the IOF Vendor, IOF customers may be offered a fully supported, partial year renewal license that terminates no later than April 30, 2024. Assuming that IOF has not been acquired by a viable successor in interest, each IOF vendor may choose to offer a free, 1-year extension patch with no IOF support (good through April 30, 2025) to each IOF customer that is licensed and paid up through April 30, 2024 and that has executed Triangle’s liability release agreement. However, Triangle will provide no further support for, nor accept any responsibility for, usage of IOF past April 30, 2024. As an additional measure to help IOF customers who sign the liability release agreement, Triangle will provide free, unsupported utility functions that will allow IOF customers to continue to access data that has been stored in an internal IOF format: IOF/JAMS Archived jobs IOF/JAR Offloaded jobs SLAMARCH Archived SYSLOG data |
